Fabrication

Cutting: Polypropylene Film can be cut using knife, guillotine, slitters, stamping and laser equipment.
Printing: Polypropylene Film can be screen, offset and flexo printed. Corona treatment is recommended when printing with inks.
Forming: Polypropylene Film can be thermoformed and hot bent. Longer cycle times are required compared to PVC or PETG.
Welding: Polypropylene Film can be hot air welded, heat sealed and ultrasonically welded.
Bonding: Due to its chemical resistance, Polypropylene Film is difficult to bond with conventional adhesives. Contact your adhesive supplier for recommendations.
